What Delaware does to a pool
Two housing stocks doing two different things. The older streets near downtown and the university have pools behind homes built long before them, with old plumbing runs and old trees. The subdivisions south and east are newer builds with newer equipment.
The Olentangy and the reservoir mean high water tables in places. Draining a liner pool on ground like that without thinking it through is how a pool gets a floated liner or a caved wall.
The pools we see here
Inground vinyl liner pools and plenty of above grounds on the properties with land. Rural addresses on the county roads out of town are common, and the pool is often the only serviced thing on the property.
Openings and closings drive the calendar here the same as anywhere in central Ohio, just with a longer drive between stops.

Fox Pools sent Cameron and Shea out to look at damage to PVC caused in the winter and to help us make the switch to Salt system. They took pictures asked great questions, got us an estimate and then scheduled to make the repairs and upgrades while having to fabricate some parts for our old heat pump.
