What we do on above grounds
Liners, first and most often. An above ground liner is a different animal from an inground one: overlap, beaded and unibead all hang differently, and the wall, the track and the cove at the bottom all have to be right before the new one goes in. A round eighteen or twenty four footer is usually a same day job.
Then everything else the pool needs: pumps and filters, sand changes, skimmer and return replacements, patching, openings, closings and winterizing. The freeze rules are the same as an inground pool, and above ground plumbing splits just as happily.

Why the floor matters most
Above ground liners fail from the bottom. Wrinkles, dips and washouts under the liner become stress points, and a footprint dented into a soft spot never comes out. Getting the base and the cove right at install is most of the reason one liner lasts twice as long as another on the same street.
It is also why a liner swap is worth doing properly rather than dragging a new one over whatever is under there.

Fox Pools sent Cameron and Shea out to look at damage to PVC caused in the winter and to help us make the switch to Salt system. A standard round pool is often a one day job, drained, changed and filling by the afternoon, weather permitting.
That gets looked at before any liner is ordered. Rust through a wall panel is a different job and we will tell you honestly if the pool is worth a new liner.
Ask us about the specific pool. Some come apart and go back together fine, some are past it.
We photograph the roof and show you. If above ground pool service is not what the roof needs, we say so and quote the work it does need.
