Old trees, again, and a lot of them. The streets around the Village Green have canopy that predates most of the pools underneath it, so leaf load and shade are constants, and root pressure on a pool wall is a real cause of liner failure here rather than a theoretical one.
The Olentangy corridor on the west side means higher groundwater on some streets. Anyone who has drained a liner pool near a river knows why that matters.

Fox Pools sent Cameron and Shea out to look at damage to PVC caused in the winter and to help us make the switch to Salt system. They took pictures asked great questions, got us an estimate and then scheduled to make the repairs and upgrades while having to fabricate some parts for our old heat pump.
